The club has been engaged over the last number of years in various fundraising activities with the eventual aim of providing the Club and Glandore Community with a suitable premises.The club will continues to follow all suitable opportunities in this regard.

On wednesday August 2nd 2005 The Club made a presentation of Honorary Life family Membership to Alisanne Zwollner Downes to mark her generous donation to the Club to support our efforts to provide a suitable club premises.

On Tuesday 12th June 2007 the Club was granted outline planning permission for Construction of a two-storey detached club pavllion incorporating changing , toilet and shower facilities, meeting rooms, storage office and ancillary facilities along with car parking, outside boat and equipment storage and new vehicular entrance planning reg: 07/672

On Monday August 10th 2009 The Club was granted full planning permission (Grant 09/108) for the construction of a two-storey detached club pavillion plus basement incorporating changing, toilet and shower facilities, meeting rooms, storage, office and ancillary facilities along with car-parking, boat and equipment storage and new vehicular entrance and associated ancillary site works on grant of outline planning reg: 07/672

On Saturday June 4th2011 The Club at EGM approved a proposal from the the Committee to aquire for the Club the premises known as Regan's Cottage Glandore.
